Karan Johar ” I am done with Kangana Ranaut “
Karan Johar ” I am done with Kangana Ranaut ” : Kangana Ranaut had recently appeared in the fiery episode of Koffe wid Karan ” Which turned out really controversial. On the episode when Kangana appeared on the show, She made marks on Karan Johar and him being the leader of Nepotism.
Karan Johar ” I am done with Kangana Ranaut ” : Well, she directly didn’t threw the words but indirectly lashed at him. But now this time the tables have turn. Karan Johar appeared on the show and lashed at her saying “ I respect it that she had a great great great perspective and everyone lauded her as she came to my show and gave it to Karan according to the people. She was my guest and I had to hear what she had to say. She has a right to have an opinion. And It was her platform and I gave it to her. To tell whatever she wants and what she has opinion about. But this is my platform and I will tell my opinion. He said “I’m done with Kangana playing the woman and victim card. I am done! You cannot be this victim every time and have a sad story to tell about how you’ve been terrorised by the bad world of the industry … leave it.”
He added ‘Flag bearer of Nepotism’, I just want to say her, I am glad she knows what it all means. I don’t think she has understood the entire meaning of the term. What is nepotism… am I working with my nieces, nephews, daughters, cousins? And what about those 15 filmmakers, who are not from the film industry, who I have launched and who did the movies. That we’re not going to talk about! Tarun Mansukhani, Puneet Malhotra, Shakun Batra, Shashank Khaitan… they all come from no film background. You give these people film careers and they have a platform to stand on and that’s the reverse of nepotism,”
He also talked about working and launching Star Kids Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan but with all that he also continued saying But that’s just two of them who I have introduced. Sidharth Malhotra is also one of the three, and he had nothing to do with movies, so I didn’t get what she meant. But when she said ‘movie mafia’, what does she mean? What does she think we are doing – sitting here and not giving her work? Is that what makes us a mafia? No, maybe that was my choice. At the end of the day, maybe I am not interested in working with her. That doesn’t make me movie mafia; that makes me a man with an opinion.”
